Do you hire subcontractors?
We hire subcontractors, such as plumbers and electricians, only if needed. Each person is carefully selected by us.
Will the price of the pool go up if I decide to change its shape?
Typically, no. You are paying for the volume of water inside of the pool, not for the shape of the pool. Unless the design is “out of the ordinary,” pricing doesn’t depend on shape. We can give you a free estimate.
How long will it take to build my pool?
The time it takes to build a pool depends on how complex the design and construction are. In general terms, a “typical” residential project will take approximately 25 days, after a building permit has been issued.
What is the real cost of building a pool?
Every pool is different. The cost depends on the size of your deck, the size of the actual pool, and the features you wish to have. Our goal is to build the pool of your dreams at a competitive price. Call us for a free estimate.
I want a pool. Can you give me any advice before I start the design process?
It is extremely important to communicate what is it that you desire. Bring pictures and designs to your consultation; possibilities are varied. Have a clear idea of possible sizes and shapes. Go online and research different companies in your area. If possible, talk to other clients whom have hired us before.
What about warranty?
Our company offers in-house warranty for construction and structure. Some pool equipment is subject to factory warranty. Call us for more details.
Once I decide to build, who will come to my home?
The owner of our company will be part of the design and building process every step of the way.
Will my pool meet industry codes and standards?
Yes, every project we design and build meets and exceeds industry standards.
What about maintenance?
We provide the best maintenance service so you don’t have to worry about anything. Regular maintenance should be at the top of your list when owning a pool; it certainly is at the top of our list for every client. The better the maintenance, the least amount of repairs needed, the more money you save.
